You know how I love my Misen Chef knife, now they are coming out with well priced non-stick pans. Kickstarter has great pricing on these pans now, with a planned delivery in March 2019. Now this seriously looks cool! I’ve been watching this for a while and it looks like they’ve got another year to market. I found they are local to me in New Jersey, so I reached out to the owners to see if I could give one of their prototypes a try... this could happen later this year (2019). I want to see if this thing can really do what it says it can… making cheese like this would be a lot of fun at home.
