2 teaspoons garlic powder (Lasun)
2 teaspoons ground ginger (Adrak)
2 teaspoons ground cloves (Lavang)
1 teaspoon grated nutmeg (Jaiphal)
2 teaspoons mace (Javitri)
3 tablespoons ground cumin (Jeera)
4 tablespoons ground coriander (Dhania)
2 teaspoons ground fenugreek (Methi)
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon (Tuj or Dalchini)
2 teaspoons fresh ground black pepper (Kalimirchi)
2 teaspoons ground brown cardamom (Elaichi)
2 teaspoons red food coloring
Directions
Mix all the above ingredients (without roasting them first) and push through a fine sieve.
Store in an airtight container and close the lid tightly after use.
