HOW TO: Cook Bacon in the Oven

Why cook bacon in the oven? it’s easy to cook for a crowd, the cleanup is easy, and the bacon gets good and crispy

INGREDIENTS

• 12 oz package of bacon

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat your oven to 400* Fahrenheit

2. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper, this helps with the cleanup (not waxed paper)

3. Lay the bacon slices on the baking sheet in a single layer

4. Cook ~ 25 minutes or until desired crispiness

5. Remove the bacon from the oven and transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
