I’ve used a few different Steakager models and this is by far my favorite… my first comment when I took it out of the box was “damn this is solid”; that belief has carried through as I’ve continued to use my Steakager Pro 40.
The Steakager Pro 40, has charcuterie optional equipment, which allows you to both dry age and make charcuterie. Making my own charcuterie is a whole new experience that I’m loving to explore.
