KWS MS-10XT Electric Meat Slicer
I’ve been making a lot of charcuterie in my Steakager Pro 40 Dual Mode, this is the charcuterie model. I kept saying my charcuterie game would be much better if I could only get the slices perfectly thin. Even though my girlfriend Lynn isn’t a big fan of a lot of clutter on the kitchen counter, she got this slicer for me for my birthday. She told me she gave in when she found one with the cool red color, and now she appreciates it because I can get perfect deli thin slices.
The slicing mechanism is smooth, it slices paper thin and it’s pretty easy to clean.
