With Lynn Clingman and Carl Ruiz (in spirit). The menu is a poem written by Chef Domenique Crenn, where each course is a line of the poem. This was hands down the most creative menu I've ever eaten. Each poem line gave a hint to what was to follow… sometimes we were cheated a bit to see what was at the table next to ours
