RyuGin’s 3 Michelin Stars were well deserved… the service was amazing and the attention to detail was unsurpassed! This is a restaurant full of rules to ensure the perfect ambiance; no perfume, no mobile phones, no photos (luckily they are very lenient on this one, as everyone was taking pictures)… the no picture policy was established not only to keep the meal moving at the right pace, but also due to people dropping their cameras and breaking their priceless dishware. They even have a rule about not being allowed to bring in your own food… I don’t know who would want to considering their menu is pure perfection.
