HOW TO: Cast Iron Pan Cook Dry Aged Steak

INGREDIENTS
2, 1-1.5 inch Dry Aged Steaks
Salt
Pepper
SPECIAL TOOLS
Instant Read Meat Thermometer
Cast Iron Pan
DIRECTIONS
Fry
Turn on your stovetop fan
Salt and pepper steak, bring to room temperature before cooking
Heat pan over medium heat
Warm up a teaspoon of oil for one minute, then lay your steak in the pan
Cook a 1 inch dry aged steak for about 3 minutes on each side, for medium rare
Check steak temperature using Instant Read Meat Thermometer for proper doneness
Let rest for 10 minutes
