INGREDIENTS

  • 2, 1-1.5 inch Dry Aged Steaks

  • Salt

  • Pepper

SPECIAL TOOLS

  • Instant Read Meat Thermometer

  • BBQ Grill

DIRECTIONS

Grill:

  1. Heat BBQ grill until it’s piping hot, at least 450F

  2. Lightly coat grill slats with a little olive oil using a paper towel or a small brush before putting steaks down

  3. Reduce heat to medium and keep grill lid down for 3-4 minutes (do not lift grill lid until the time is up)

  4. After 3-4 minutes, turn the steak over for another 3-4 minutes

  5. Check steak temperature using Instant Read Meat Thermometer for proper doneness

  6. Remember dry aged steak cooks faster than “fresh”
